Prototype pictures shown, more to come.  2008+ XT250 Oil Cooler Kit.  Engine oil cooler mounted in the traditional dirt bike radiator location. Lowers engine oil temperature and extends oil life by resisting thermal breakdown. Makes a big difference on an air-cooled engine. Fits nicely inside the envelope of the bike when laid over on its side. Includes everything needed for installation.  Our testing has shown 40-60 degrees of temperature drop depending on speed and conditions.  Black powdercoated mounting bracket.  A skid plate of some sort is highly recommended to protect the hoses.  The horn needs to be turned around on its bracket to make room for the cooler.  Up to 250ml of additional oil may need to be added.
