This system removes the ECU controlled idle air stepper motor and gives you full control of the idle circuit on the WR125 throttle body.
WR125R Manual Idle Adjuster Conversion
The idle air stepper motor is on the right hand side of the throttle body, above the throttle position sensor, and is held in by two Philips screws. Remove the screws and the motor but do not unplug the motor. It will need to stay plugged in to keep the engine light off. Place the stepper motor in the supplied plastic bag, seal up the end with tape, and tie the motor up out of the way under the fuel tank. We recommend using a bit of glue or silicone to secure the gasket to the housing of the manual screw. After the sealant dries install the assembly onto the throttle body. Use the manual knob screw to center the housing before tightening the screws.
