I'm not sure how to put this.  This 180cc big bore kit along with our free-flow exhaust and EJK fuel controller makes crazy power.  We have already seen numbers in the 16.5HP range.  Stock is 9...     It is freaking amazing the potential this engine has with 4 valves, EFI, and variable valve timing.  

The downside is that the cylinder is not designed for this engine configuration and requires getting a little creative to make the install work.  It is not for beginners or dealerships.  This kit is for experienced installers and tuners only.  Please read the install notes and check out the photos.  We will be glad to provide our EJK tuning configuration.

  • Requires Fuel tuner/controller and free-flow exhaust.  

    The head gasket needs to be copper coated or use high temp silicone. 

    Head bolt torque needs to be increased by 10 percent.

    The timing chain tensioner hits the starter and needs to be shaved on the lower side.  The lower bolt hole needs to be countersunk to allow the use of a low profile socket head bolt that will stay below the installed surface.  A small bracket needs to be fabricated to hold one side of the clutch cable bracket.
