Stock Spring Rate is .50 kg/mm. The .60 kg/mm springs are 20% stiffer than stock while the .70 kg/mm is 40% stiffer than stock. We recommend going slightly heavier on the fork oil when changing to either one of these spring kits.

If you are an aggressive off-road rider that does a lot of standing while riding, then you will want the .7 kg spring. If you do more sitting and slower riding then you will appreciate the comfort of the .6 kg spring.
