The TW has a 90 degree or a quarter turn throttle throw. Some people prefer a shorter throw. This throttle wheel changes the throw to 50 degrees for a much shorter travel at the wrist. Easy to change and fits all CV style TW200 carburetors from 2001 and newer. Even fits the Chinese versions.
TW Short Throw Throttle Pulley
Remove the OEM throttle wheel/pulley. Relocate the straight end of the spring into the 7:00 position as shown. Grind or file a large flat section on the plastic hat shaped bushing. Using pliers or a vice pinch the curved end of the spring into the ID of the coil as shown so that the curved end is now closer to the shaft. Install new wheel/pulley. Use both the cable adjusters on the carb and the ones up by the throttle housing to take up all of the newly acquired slack in the cable.
