The TW has a 90 degree or a quarter turn throttle throw.  Some people prefer a shorter throw.  This throttle wheel changes the throw to 70 degrees for a much shorter travel at the wrist.  Easy to change and fits all CV style TW200 carburetors from 2001 and newer.  Even fits the Chinese versions.
