  • Installation is pretty straight forward.  Simply unbolt the peg mounts from the frame, install the lowering brackets reusing the OEM hardware back into the frame.  On the left side use the black allen socket bolts and 8mm nuts to secure the peg mount.  Re-adjust the shifter height with the OEM shift rod adjusters.  If more adjustment is needed, remove and re-index the shift arm on the engine.  On the right side, depending on the engine cover used, it may be necessary to use the included spacers to space out the peg mount enough to clear the case.  Remove and replace the brake fluid hose.  Remove and replace the pressure supply hose from the master cylinder to the ABS pump.  This is the hardest part of the job and requires re-bleeding.  No special tools required.
